Dina Randazzo is an experienced business litigator representing individual and corporate clients in complex business disputes including unfair competition, employment, contracts, intellectual property, and environmental issues. Dina has represented individuals and small and large corporate clients in complex litigation matters, counseled clients on employment issues, counseled clients on investigation and remediation of environmental conditions, and spent significant time strategically litigating disputes to settlement to avoid the high costs of litigation.

Prior to joining EPGR Lawyers, Dina practiced at Latham & Watkins, LLP and Schilling Law Group, PC.

Dina graduated first in her class from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 2005 with Bachelors of Arts in Law & Society and Sociology with Honors.
Dina published “Caveat Emptor: Common Commercial Contract Restrictions Including Exclusive Licenses May Be Void,” July 2018 Orange County Lawyer.

Dina is admitted to practice law in California and is based in Orange County.
In addition to her legal work, Dina serves on the Executive Committee of the Public Law Center Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer and on the UC Davis School of Law Alumni Board where she co-chairs the Student Alumni Outreach Committee and runs the mentorship program.
