Neelou Mahrouyan is an associate in our Orange County office and works in the Civil Litigation Department. She is a skilled litigator having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters from inception to pre-trial.

Neelou earned her Juris Doctor, with a Civil Litigation concentration, from Loyola Law School in 2019. At Loyola, she served as the president of the Iranian Law Students’ Association. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, with honors. Upon graduation, Neelou was awarded a three month fellowship from the American Board of Trial Advocates, where she gained valuable trial advocacy experience.

In addition to her legal work, Neelou served on the Iranian American Bar Association’s Board of Directors as the Student Representative and Director of Mentorship. She is also fluent in Farsi and conversational in French. When out of the office, Neelou enjoys spending time outdoors and with family, friends and her Shih Tzu.
