Neelou Mahrouyan is an experienced civil litigation attorney having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters from inception to pre-trial. She practices in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, and is a resident in our Costa Mesa office.

Neelou received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, with honors. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with a Civil Litigation concentration, from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, she served as the president of the Iranian Law Students’ Association. Upon graduation, Neelou was awarded a three month fellowship from the American Board of Trial Advocates, where she gained valuable trial advocacy experience.

In addition to her legal work, Neelou is involved with the Iranian American Bar Association where she has served on the Board of Directors as the Student Representative and Director of Mentorship. She is also fluent in Farsi.
