About
Lauren specializes in commercial litigation, including business litigation, employment litigation, complex wage and hour class and representative actions, and commercial real estate disputes. Ms. Shelby has experience advising and defending companies and individuals in all aspects of litigation from pre-dispute resolution through trial or arbitration. Prior to joining Enenstein Pham & Glass, Ms. Shelby practiced in Orange County and gained valuable experience in defending corporations in complex class action cases and corporate disputes.
Ms. Shelby earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, she was a research assistant for Professors Christopher Whytock and Gregory Shaffer and was a student-attorney for the UCI Law Community and Economic Development Clinic. Ms. Shelby also served as Style Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Ms. Shelby earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ms. Shelby is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and has been dedicated to providing service to the community throughout her career. She served on the Board of Directors for the Young Professionals of Children’s Bureau – Orange County and currently serves on the Associate Board of Directors for the Constitutional Rights Foundation – Orange County. She has volunteered pro bono services with the Public Law Center and the Legal Aid Society. Ms. Shelby also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Center in Orange County.
Ms. Shelby is located in our Orange County Office and works in the Civil Litigation Department.
