Ken’s litigation experience in both state and in federal court runs both far and wide, ranging from the prosecution of intellectual property claims, to defending complex professional liability and catastrophic tort claims. But his attention to detail and zealous advocacy for his clients are always emblematic of his practice.

Above all else, Ken enjoys collaborating with his clients and keeping them well-informed so that their decisions are made with an awareness of pragmatic solutions to their legal disputes, including any available options to informally resolve, or even avoid, formal litigation proceedings wherever it makes sense for them to do so.

Ken’s diverse list of clients includes private individuals to municipalities, design professionals to technology companies, and national and international commercial business enterprises. Prior to joining EPG Lawyers, Ken served as senior counsel for Sessions, Israel & Shartle, a nationwide boutique litigation firm counseling and defending banks, lenders, and debt purchasers under state and federal consumer laws.

Born and raised in California, Ken is a graduate of UCLA and post-graduate of USC, which continues to leave him in conflict during the college football season. He met his wife while a music student and is now a father of two scrapping young boys.
