Grammy award-winning artist, Shakira, is facing potential jailtime due to accusations by Spanish prosecutors that she failed to pay $14.5 million Euros in taxes. EPG Partner, Jesse K. Bolling, sits down with Good Morning America to explain the tax laws in Spain and what the likelihood that Shakira serves jailtime. Bolling goes on to share that, “if you’re in Spain for at least half a year, you’re supposed to keep a diary or a calendar” of your daily activities. Shakira’s team is continuing to fight this case.
