Over a year after initiating a post-Judgment Motion to Set Aside Judgement, David J. Glass, Chair of the Firm’s Family Law Department, has managed to settle his client’s case. David’s client is the ex-wife of a banking executive who, just one month after their divorce, filed a “whistle-blower” action against his employer. David’s client’s claims were based on her ex-husband’s failure to reveal, in his Final Declaration of Disclosure, the “opportunity” available to the community based on the information he had collected regarding the bank’s mortgage practices during the marriage. Specific terms of the settlement are confidential.
