Ryan Del Giorgio has joined EPGR as Senior Counsel in the Real Estate/Transactional Department in the Los Angeles Office. Ryan is a well-versed corporate transactional lawyer with experience representing the business interests of individuals and private company clients in all areas of industry and commerce, and with various corporate, financial and commercial transactions. Ryan provides advice on business transactions related to the formation, capitalization and governance of start-up, maturing and mature businesses (including, corporations, LLCs and partnerships), equity and debt financing and commercial lending transactions (including, private offerings, and senior and junior, secured and unsecured loans), mergers and acquisitions (including, stock and asset purchase agreements), corporate governance, various commercial agreements (including, confidentiality, marketing, consulting, manufacturing, lease, distribution, licensing and service agreements), and general corporate and business advice and counseling. Ryan also takes pride in his ability to help clients negotiate and resolve certain business related disputes before the need for costly arbitration and/or litigation.
Tony Cheng Joins Litigation Department in our Orange County Office. Tony is a seasoned attorney who possesses both substantial litigation experience and transactional expertise. As a litigator, Tony has represented the interests of individuals, small businesses, insurance companies, multinational banks, and large corporations in a variety of matters including business litigation, real estate disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, mortgage litigation, foreclosure matters, insurance defense, landlord/tenant disputes, business negligence, personal injury, employment law, wage/hour claims, respondeat superior claims, alter ego allegations, construction defect, and intellectual property disputes. Tony handles all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation discussions to appellate practice.
Tess E. Johnson Joins Litigation Department in our Las Vegas Office. Tess represents clients in several of the Firm’s practice areas, including civil rights defense, business disputes, and personal injury defense. In addition to being licensed to practice in Nevada, Tess is also barred in California and has recently passed the Arizona bar exam.
