David J. Glass, a shareholder and the Chair of the Family Law Department at ERL&P, appeared on The Real Estate Zone radio show on KABC in Los Angeles on April 30th to talk about how music recording artist Prince’s lack of an estate plan will end up costing his relatives over 50% in inheritance taxes. David also discussed some goals of Prince’s 6 siblings in moving forward to try to protect his brand and his publishing rights.
