Speakers:
Peter Fischer is a shareholder of Enenstein, Ribakoff, LaViña & Pham, and a member of the transactional real estate group. He regularly handles acquisitions, syndications, financings, fund formations and other matters while representing developers, borrowers, investors and lenders in all product types including multi-family, senior care, retail, industrial, medical office and residential. He is integral in advising on structuring, private placements, joint ventures (including TIC structures, DSTs and the like), securities compliance and a host of other real estate matters such as leasing, 1031 exchanges and hard money lending. Peter is also an active real estate investor himself, and prides himself on understanding his client’s business, as well as legal needs.
Heath Binder is the VP of Investor Relations at Realty Mogul, focused on working with both high net worth and institutional investors. Prior to joining Realty Mogul, he was an Investment Representative in the Ultra-High Net Worth division of Barclays and, previously, was an equity research analyst for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) at UBS in New York City. Heath holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses and earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a BA from the University of Liverpool, England.
Jay Kerner is the President and CEO of U.S. Realty Partners, a regional commercial real estate operating company and consulting firm focused on high quality properties in California and Arizona. He has over twenty eight years of experience in the acquisition, operation, development, leasing and management of retail, multi-family, office and mixed use properties.
