Teri Pham and Michael Rosenthal of Enenstein, Ribakoff, LaViña & Pham obtained a momentous victory in a hotly contested skilled nursing facilities partnership dispute.
Pham led the trial team in proving that despite the absence of a written agreement, and despite the fact that the partnership was formed in 2006, the plaintiff indeed formed a partnership with defendant for 3 facilities, caring for over 175 patients.
